The bigger-kid years come with bigger feelings — packed schedules, tougher schoolwork, social ups and downs, and bodies that are changing fast. Our after-school yoga classes give tweens a place to put the backpack down, get out of their heads, and into their bodies.

In each class, kids move through age-appropriate poses and flows that build real strength, flexibility, and balance, then wind down with breathing and relaxation techniques they can actually use — before a test, after a hard day, or any time things feel like a lot. It's challenging enough to keep them engaged, but there's no competition and no bench: just their own mat, their own pace, and a supportive space to grow.

Yoga Explorers - Mondays from 5:30-6:30PM (Ages 7-10)
